A:Some suppliers may require large quantities for you to be able to order by the case.Because it will be better for a factory and can lower down the cost.
But for the first order we don’t hope you will overbuy on a single item that has a huge minimum just to get a lower price. It is better you will have a test on the marke,so a trial order will be better for you,of course for reorder it will be depended on you,you will need to have orders after investigating from market with the trial order.
2)Are there any charges outside of regular wholesale prices, such as shipping and handling fees?
A:For less than a container,we will quote EXW price,if it is a container,then we will quote FOB price.Smaller orders may ship via UPS or Fed Ex.Containers will be shipped by sea.
What is their lead time on orders?
Are the items available now or is there a lead time?
A:Some items we have in stock.But not all of them,because we really have a large scale products.Usually we will need 7-45 days,but anyway we will have some hardware stock but without finish.
Do they offer payment terms?
A:Our payment terms is T/T,30% deposit,before shipment we will need to receive the balance.But of course after the goods are approved by you.We can have video call ,photo inspection,video inspection or third-party inspection or yourself,all of them are ok,welcome to visit factory.
Are there any digital assets they can provide customers free of charge?
A:We will offer a photo service; we can provide access to high-resolution photos you can use for your website or marketing materials. This will save you the time of having to take photos or the cost of having someone else take the photos.
